What We Do
Personal Support Worker
The Personal Support Worker is a multi-functional team member, assisting residents in supportive living. Our Personal Support Worker team provides support to assist with preventative healthcare, health maintenance and quality of life. Assistance may include but is not limited to the following: facilitating life skills, improving relationships, accompanying to appointments, and shopping trips, using alternate communication skills and supporting the team with other related duties to enhance the care of the resident and the safety of the environment.
Registered Practical Nurse
Our Registered Practical Nurses provide holistic, quality, and safe care to patients within their scope of practice. The Registered Practical Nurse contributes to creating a world-class patient experience with every interaction throughout the patient journey based on professionalism, excellence in patient care. Teamcare RPN’s are committed and competent healthcare professionals. We strive to offer the highest excellence in patient care standards and quality services.
Registered Nurse
Teamcare has passionate and caring Registered Nurses in our amazing team. They will use their clinical skills to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality home health care, they need and deserve to be delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability, in the comfort and safety of their homes.
We offer services amazing, Diligent, Caring Quality RNs to work in Long Term Care Homes, Retirement facilities, Hospitals and Home Health Care settings in Ontario.
